摘要
针对目前旅游行业地方保护主义现象,文章试图寻求地方旅游合作的新形式。从长江三峡入手,对湖北、重庆两地旅游资源及两地打造无障碍旅游的特征进行分析,提出了建立两地间的旅游监管和协调机制,制定科学规划,整合资源,联合促销,完善旅游基础设施等措施,为两地建立省市间的无障碍旅游区打下基础。
Aiming at the local protectionism of tourism industry today, to seek new forms of the tourism cooperation, this article started with the analysis on Yangtze River Three Gorges, then analysed the tourist resources of Hubei Province and Chongqing City, illustrated the obstacle - free tourism characteristicsof these two places, proposed the establishment of tourism supervision and coordination mechanism, scientific development plan, resource integration, jointing market, and improvement of the tourism infrastructure and so on, trying to create a foundation for the obstacle -free tourism zone between these two areas.
