摘要
定位精度是数控机床最重要的技术指标之一,检测该指标的最常用的方法有激光干涉仪法和步距规法.结合测量实例对这两种方法的特点进行了分析和比较,同时还分别给出了提高这两种测量方法准确度的措施.
Positioning accuracy is one of the most important technical indicators of CNC machine tools,the commonly used methods to calibrate it are based on laser interferometer and step gauge.The characteristics of these two methods were analyzed and compared with the measurement examples.Some ways to improve the accuracy of these two methods were also given.
