日本血吸虫病流行区人群特异性IL-4和IL-5的应答特征

摘要 目的 观察日本血吸虫病流行区人群血吸虫抗原特异性 IL - 4和 IL - 5的应答特征。方法 选择江西省鄱阳湖中南山岛上 3个毗邻的自然村作为观察试区 ,根据粪检结果对 14~ 41岁人群按年龄组随机抽样 ,选取粪检结果阴性的 6 5人、粪检阳性的 6 4人为研究对象。采用全血培养法 ,检测培养上清中血吸虫抗原特异性 IL - 4和 IL - 5水平 ,并检测血清中特异性Ig E抗体水平。结果 无感染组的 IL - 4和 IL - 5水平显著高于感染组 ;IL - 4和 IL - 5之间呈显著正相关 ,可溶性成虫抗原( SWAP)特异性 Ig E与 IL - 4和 IL - 5呈显著正相关。结论  IL - 4和 IL - Objective To explore the response characteristics of human schistosome antigenspecific IL4 and IL5 production in an endemic area with schistosomiasis japonica. Methods The sixtyfive eggnegative persons and sixtyfour eggpositive ones were randomly selected from the residents aged from 14 to 41 years in Nanshan Island of Poyang Lake according to the egg counts by KatoKatz. I4 and IL5 were measured in the whole blood culture supernatant after stimulated by the schistosome soluble egg antigen (SEA) and soluble worm antigen preparations (SWAP). Antigenspecific IgE antibody was detected in the serum. Results The IL4 and IL5 levels in the individuals with egg negative were much higher than those with egg positive. There was a positive correlation between the level of IL4 and IL5. The level of antigenspecific IgE was significantly correlated with the levels of IL4 and IL5. Conclusion IL4 and IL5 may be associated with acquired immunity.
