摘要
运用多元统计分析方法对驾驶员的职业适应性进行了研究，建立了评价指标体系及判别函数，以利于驾驶员的就业培训与指导，其成果在全国各大军区和地方交警部门得到了广泛应用。
This article is part of the national key task teams in the seventh Five-Year-Plan period. As an attempt, we have established the evaluating index system of driving adaptability, classified the drivers by the differences of their adaptability and built the distinguishing functions for new samples with multivariate statistics analysis methods.The result has been widely used by all the domestic large military garrisons and local traffic management departments and has yielded notable social and economic benefits.
