摘要
本文旨在应用多元统计分析方法,对导致海事的诸因素之间的关系进行研究,以便找出导致海事的若干因素之间的内在联系和规律性,为采取海上交通安全措施提供科学依据。
The object of this paper is to use the multielement statistical analytic method to study the relations among the factors leading to marine accidents,so as to find out the internal reations and regularities among those factors, and provide a scientific basis for adopting safety measures of communication at sea.
