鉴别道路交通事故多发点的突出因素法 被引量:56

摘要 结合中国高等级公路的交通条件与交通事故特点,提出了分析道路交通事故多发点事故成因的突出因素法。在鉴别道路交通事故多发点时认为,若事故多发点的某些事故因素或综合因素在与事故的平均因素相比时很突出,则认为这些突出的因素或事故综合因素即为事故多发点的事故诱发因素,分为两步骤进行:第一步是选择一组显著性变量,第二步是建立数学模型,分析计算结果,得出结论。该方法的特点是主要考虑显著性因素的影响,忽略了不显著因素的影响。采用该方法对沈大路K343+800 m^K344+200 m段事故多发点的事故成因做了实例分析,经现场调查与观测,证实了该方法鉴别结果的正确性。 According to the traffic conditions and the characteristics of traffic accidents on high-class highway in China, the outstanding factor method is put forward to analyze the black spots. When differentiating the black spots, the outstanding factors and composite factors are considered as the factors that cause the accidents if they are distinguished compared with other factors. The method is executed by two step. The first step is to choose the distinguished variables; the second one is to establish the mathematics model to analyze the result and draw a conclusion. The characteristic of the method is to pay attention to the influence of distinguished variables and neglect the influence of the undistinguished variables. The example of black spot is taken to analyze the factors that cause the accidents on the section of K343 + 800 m - K344 + 200 m of Shenda freeway. Field survey and observation prove that the results are right.
