摘要
双氧水虽经常使用,但在表面处理中的应用尚未被详细总结,本文以较多的实例证明了双氧水在电镀工业申的应用,即在铜及铜合金和钢铁件的光亮浸蚀和化学抛光、铝及铝合金的化学砂面与抛光等前处理工艺中,在改善黄铜化学氧化液、配制与净化碱性镀锡液、光亮镀铜液、镀镍液、氯化钾镀锌液、铅-铟合金镀、HEDP镀铜液、碱性氰化金钾及老化镀铬液等配制与净化镀液中,在酸性亮铜快速去膜、镀锌层出光等后处理工序中,在退除不良镀层时以及在镀铬层活化处理、防止水合肼处理含铬废水产生二次污染、制备中铬黄、再生退铜废液、抑制NO_x气体等其他方面中的应用,相信对电镀工作者有一定参考价值。
The applications of hydrogen peroxide in surface treatment have been summarised with a lot of examples, for instance, it can be used in bright etching and chemical polishing of Cu, Cu alloys, Fe and steel parts, A1 and A1 alloys. It is also used in the improvement ofchemical oxi- dizing solution for brass, the preparation and purification of solutions for alkaline Su plating. bright Cu plating, Ni plating, KCI bath Zn plating, Pb-In plating, HEDP bath Cu plating, alkaline gold potassium cyanide plating and the aging of Cr plating bath. In post treatments, such as quick activation of acid bright Cu and brightening of Zn deposit; and in others, such as stripping of faulty plating layers, active treatment of Cr deposit, prevention of treatment of Cr containing wastewater by hydrazine hydrate from second pollution, preparation of medium chrome yellow, regeneration spent solution of Cu stripping and inhibiting NO_x gas, hydrogen peroxide also acts as an important reagent.
