摘要
用电沉积方法得到的CuInSe_2薄膜在阴极还原H_2O_2时发现了周期性的电化学振荡现象,并研究了极化电位对该振荡行为的影响.循环伏安测试表明电流一电势曲线中存在“电流波”,电流突变区域具有负斜率性质.用交流阻抗法研究了振荡体系的阻抗变化,发现在振荡电势区域体系存在负电阻和电感成分,这反映出振荡机理中可能存在吸附中间物和自催化反应.
CuInSe2 thin films prepared by electrodeposition method can produce periodically electrochemistry oscillation phenomenna during H2O2 cathodic reduction. The dynamic current-voltage curve from -1.80V to 0.00V(vs.SCE) appears a pronounced current wave. When the potential is set in the oscillating potential region, the cell response may be accounted for, in the equivalent circuit representation, by the presence of negative resistances and inductances with A.C. methods. The negative resistances and inductances may indicate an autocatalytio reaction with an adsorbed intermediate.
