摘要
综述了光谱电化学和扫描电化学显微测试技术的原理、特点、应用和最新的进展。光谱电化学原位测试技术主要介绍了原位紫外可见反射光谱法、原位拉曼光谱法和红外反射光谱法在电化学体系中的测试;而扫描电化学显微测试技术则介绍了新型扫描探针显微镜在电极表面的电化学活性和研究微区电化学动力学、生物过程方面的应用。
This paper summarizes the principles and characteristics of in-situ spectroelectrochemistry and scanning electrochemical microscopy, their applications, and the latest development. The spectroelectrochemistry in\|situ measuring technique demonstrates the measurement of the ultraviolet\|visible reflextance spectroscopy, the in-situ Raman spectroscopy and the infrared spectroscopy in the electrolyte; Meanwhile the scanning electrochemical measuring technique demonstrates the applications of a new scanning probe microscope in the electrochemical activity of the electrode surface and the study of the electrochemical kinetics and bioprocesses of micro\|zones.
