摘要
按地貌与地表组成物质的差异将武汉市区土地划分为7类22亚类;以22亚类为评价的基本单元,结合武汉市实情,选取了有关限制性评价因子,以层次分析法(AHP法)确定各因子的权值和主要因子;用模糊加权法计算出各评价单元的得分值,依此划出武汉市土地质量的五个等级.武汉市区土地大部分为质量较好的二等建设用地.
According to their partial geographical differences, this article dividesWuhan city's land into seven types, twenty-two subtypes, on comprehesive analysis, chooses the limitative factors. Weights of these factors and the main factors aregiven by AHP method. Taking the land subtypes as evaluating units, using Fuzzymethod and weighted averages method, classifies Wuhan city'S land into fivegrades. Most of Wuhan city'S land is of the second grade that is better for building.
