摘要
大型水库、铁路、公路建设 (改造 ) ,大型 (褐 )煤矿开采对昭通市城市建设和发展的影响非常远大、深刻 ,这些过程基本上是不可逆的。在充分认识重大工程带来的有利影响的同时也必须注意并尽量减少其负面影响 ,以促进昭通城市环境、经济、文化、建设的可持续发展。
Constructing(transforming) large-scale water reservoir, railway and mining coal have a great effects on construction and development of Zhaotong City, it to a great extent can not changed back While recognizing the positive effect of major project on Zhaotong City, We also must deeply understand the negative effect and to the lest extent reduce it to bring sustained advance in environment,economy culture and construction of Zhaotong City
