贮存时间对武昌罗索线虫寄生前期幼虫感染率的影响

摘要 将武昌罗素线虫(Romanomermiswuchangensis)寄生前期幼虫贮存于0~5℃条件下,其有效率分别是:3d为90.5%;6d为86.8%;9d为81%,12d为78%;15d为67.5%;21d为31.3%;27d为26%.蚊幼虫的寄生率分别是:3d为93%;6d为92%;9d为93%;12d为90%;15d为82%;21d为63.5%;27d为57%.经方差分析,其有效率在12d之内无显著性差异. Average life--span of preparasitic juveniles of Romanomermis wuchangens is Bac, Wang and Wu, 1985 may be prolonged by storing at low temperature. The effective rate(25℃) were 90. 5%, 86. 8%, 81%, 78%, 67. 5%, 31. 3% and 26% when the preparasites were kept at 0--5℃ for 3, 6, 9, 12, 15,21 and 27 days respectively. An analysis of the variation showed that the variation of the effective rate was not significant in 0 ̄12 days.
