摘要
将武昌罗素线虫（Ｒｏｍａｎｏｍｅｒｍｉｓｗｕｃｈａｎｇｅｎｓｉｓ）寄生前期幼虫贮存于０～５℃条件下，其有效率分别是：３ｄ为９０．５％；６ｄ为８６．８％；９ｄ为８１％，１２ｄ为７８％；１５ｄ为６７．５％；２１ｄ为３１．３％；２７ｄ为２６％．蚊幼虫的寄生率分别是：３ｄ为９３％；６ｄ为９２％；９ｄ为９３％；１２ｄ为９０％；１５ｄ为８２％；２１ｄ为６３．５％；２７ｄ为５７％．经方差分析，其有效率在１２ｄ之内无显著性差异．
Average life--span of preparasitic juveniles of Romanomermis wuchangens is Bac, Wang and Wu, 1985 may be prolonged by storing at low temperature. The effective rate(25℃) were 90. 5%, 86. 8%, 81%, 78%, 67. 5%, 31. 3% and 26% when the preparasites were kept at 0--5℃ for 3, 6, 9, 12, 15,21 and 27 days respectively. An analysis of the variation showed that the variation of the effective rate was not significant in 0￣12 days.
