不同温度下两种索科线虫寄生前期幼虫生活力及感染力的研究 被引量:1

The study on viability and infectivity of pre-parasitic larvae of two species of mermithidae at various temperature

摘要 对长沙多索线虫(AgamermischangshaensisBaoetal,1992)和寄生在飞虱体内的两索属待定种的寄生前期幼虫在不同温度下的存活力和感染力进行了观测,结果表明:长沙多索线虫的寄生前期幼虫在OC时存活力最大,存活最长时间可达22d;99%的幼虫可存活12d,且感染力可达80%.两索线虫(Amphimermissp)尽管与前者有相同的宿主,但在存活力方面有很大差异,褐飞虱体内寄生的两索线虫寄生前期幼虫在0℃时存活可达7d,存活时间最长者可达13d,存活7d的幼虫感染率在66%左右.由此,可以说明低温条件下能延长幼虫寿命,保持其感染力. This paper attempts to determine the viabiIity and infectivity of parasiticI,anvae of AgamernIis "ha)Igshaensis (Bao et al, 1992) and AnlPhin1ernis sp. at vari-ous temperature. The results of this study showed that at o C, more than 99% ofpre-parasitic larvae of A changshaensis could live for 12 day, 6% of them could livefor 22 day; while at 28-32 C,the 64 % only lived for about 2 day. At 0 C, morethan 63 % of pre-parasitic larvae of Amphinler)Iis sp- could live for a week; while at28-32 C, the 8O% of them. only lived for ahout 2 day. The results indicated thatlow temperature preservation may prolong the survival time and keep the infectivityof the pre-parasitic larvae of these two species-
