摘要
利用抗人Ｔ细胞单克隆抗体ＯＫＴ系列（ＯＫＴ３，ＯＫＴ４，ＯＫＴ８），通过免疫组化ＨＲＰ间接法，对１５例口腔鳞状细胞癌（ＳＣＣ）患者外周血中Ｔ淋巴细胞及其亚群进行识别观察和计数分析。结果表明，在各临床分期ＳＣＣ患者外用血中，ＯＫＴ３阳性细胞总数下降，ＯＫＴ４阳性细胞数量减少明显，临床Ⅱ期ＳＣＣ患者与正常人比较，存在显著性差异。与此相反，ＯＫＴ８阳性细胞计数在临床Ⅱ期ＳＣＣ患者增多明显，和其它临床分期比较，存在显著性差异，同期Ｔ４／Ｔ８比值下降亦最为显著。本文结果提示：ＯＫＴ３，ＯＫＴ４，ＯＫＴ８阳性细胞在ＳＣＣ患者体内不同临床分期细胞免疫过程中可能起重要作用。两类不同功能的Ｔ亚群细胞数量与比值的变化，可能反映了口腔鳞状细胞癌患者特定的免疫状态。
Abstract T cell subsets in the peripheral blood in fifteen cases of OSCC were evaluated using a series of Monoclonal Antibody OKT3,OKT4 and OKT8 labelled by the peroxidase horseradish.In this study, significant decrease was demonstrated in number of OKT3 positlve cell in the peripheral blood of the patients with OSCC.In addition, significant changes in positive cells of number of OKT4 and OKT8 were found to relate to stage Ⅱ,Ⅲ in OSCC from the others and the ratio of T4/T8 was declined (P<0.05) .The results suggest that T cell subsets play a role in immune response to OSCC. Variable quantities and ratio of T subset might be associated with immune regulation inbalance.
