摘要
目的研究加味丹玄口康(JWDXKK)治疗口腔黏膜下纤维化(OSF)的临床疗效机制。方法收集60例于2023年2月至2024年6月就诊于湖南中医药大学第一附属医院口腔科门诊的OSF患者,采用随机数表法将研究对象分为两组,每组各30例。治疗组用JWDXKK中药复方治疗,对照组用复方丹参滴丸联合维生素E软胶囊治疗。治疗2个月后,观察两组的临床疗效及两种治疗药物对血液流变学、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。结果治疗组临床症状积分小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组血液流变学指标小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组外周血T淋巴细胞亚群中的CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论JWDXKK治疗OSF的临床疗效显著,能有效改善微循环,调节局部免疫,抑制胶原合成。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy mechanism of Jiawei Danxuan Koukang(JWDXKK)in the treatment of oral submucous fibrosis(OSF).Methods A total of 60 OSF patients who visited the clinic of the Department of Stomatology of the No.1 Affiliated Hospital of H unan Traditional Chinese Medicine University from February 2023 to June 2024 were collected,and the study subjects were divided into two groups of 30 patients each by using the random number table method.The treatment group was treated with JWDXKK Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound,and the control group was treated with Compound Danshen Dripping Pill combined with Vitamin E soft capsules.After two months of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups and the effects of the two therapeutic drugs on blood rheology and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets were observed.Results The clinical symptom score of the treatment group was smaller than the clinical symptom score of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indexes in the blood rheology of the treatment group were smaller than the indexes in the blood rheology of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subpopulation of the treatment group was smaller than the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subpopulation of the control group in terms of CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of JWDXKK in the treatment of OSF is remarkable,which can effectively improve microcirculation,regulate local immunity,inhibit collagen synthesis.
