羟基磷灰石/二氧化钛生物复合涂层的制备及性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶工艺在经过微弧氧化预处理的钛基体表面制备HA/TiO2生物复合涂层,观察了涂层的表面及截面微观形貌,测定涂层的表面成分和涂基结合力,并且进行了体外溶解性实验。结果表明:涂层表面涂覆均匀,无明显裂纹;涂层截面层次清晰,涂基结合力较高,可以达到40N左右;涂层在模拟体液中有较好抗体液溶解性和生物相容性,可以提高材料的植入寿命,是一种理想的生物涂层材料。 HA/TiO2 bio-composite coating is prepared by sol-gel method on the surface of titanium (Ti) substrate pre-treated via micro -arc oxidation. The coating surface and its sectional micro-morphologies are observed. The surface components of coating and the combined strength between coating and substrate are determined. Also, the in vitro dissolution characters are tested. The results indicate that: the coating surface is symmetrical without apparent cracks; the coating section surface layers are clear, the combined strength between coating and substrate is high, reach as high as 40N or so; and the coating in simulated body fluid is of better anti-body fluid solubility and bio-compatibility so that the implanted service life of material can be imorove.
