摘要
本文研究从亚麻籽为原料制取植酸的新工艺，着重考查了酸度、温度及时间等条件对浸取率的影响。采用本工艺制得的植酸水溶液含量可达４０％，浸取率为７０％。
This paper is involved in the preparing of phytic acid from linseed. The abation of the factors is mainly studied, such as the acid concenpation, temperature and time on the extracting rate. The solution of containing 40% phytic acid is obtained, the extracting rate of phytic acid is up 70%.
