摘要
本文报导了以氯仿为溶剂从烟叶中提取烟碱的方法，其萃取率为８９．６％，回收率８３．５％，纯度９９．３％。经与水汽蒸馏法比较，具有工艺简单、萃取率高、产品纯度高、能耗低的优点，是一种比较经济实用的方法。
Method of nicotine extraction from tobacco leaces using CHCl3 as a solvemt is reported. The degree of extraction and recovery and purity arc 89.6, 83.sand 99.3% aspectively.By comparing with steam distilation, this prciess has convenience, high rates and purity, and is an econermic and appliced method.
