摘要
利用超声波对废次烟叶提取烟碱进行了研究,探讨了浸提溶剂、超声时间、超声频率、温度、乙醇浓度、浸泡时间等因素对烟碱提取的影响。实验结果表明,用乙醇作为提取溶剂,在超声时间30min、超声频率20kHz、温度50℃,乙醇浓度50%、浸泡时间2h的条件下,提取液中烟碱含量为23.3 mg.mL-1。
Ultrasonic extraction nicotine was studied from the discard tobacco. The infections of the solvent to the lixiviating effect, the ultrasonic extraction time, the ultrasonic frequency, temperature, the alcohol concentration, the soaking times were investigated. The results showed that the proper extraction conditions are as follows: using alcohol as extraction solvent, the ultrasonic extraction time 30rain, the ultrasonic frequency 20kHz, temperature 50℃, the concentration of alcohol 50% and the soaking time 2h. The concentration of nicotine was 23.3 mg·mL^-1
