摘要
本研究采用青饲玉米为材料，对幼胚愈伤组织的诱导、继代、植株再生、再生苗培养和移栽、生长及开花结实等方面进行了系统的研究。从２８种基因型中获得愈伤组织并进行分类，获得的再生植株，移栽后，生长正常并开花，经多次重复授粉后获得了自交和杂交种子。
This paper deals with systematic studies on initiation,maintenance and plantregeneration of callus from immature embryos of froage maize as well as harding culture,trans-planting,growing,flowering and seeding of regenerated.plant Calli are obtained and are categorizedfrom immaturc embryos of twenty-eight genotypes,regcnerated plant,after being transplanted intosoil,develop normally and flower and ear. Normally develop selfed and crossed seeds are acquired aftermany artificial pollinations.
