沙田柚柱头表面结构及花粉管进入柱头细胞的研究 被引量:6

STUDIES ON STRUCTURE OF STIGMA OF SHATINYU AND THE WAYS OF POLLEN TUBE ENTER THE STIGMA

摘要 采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜及透射电镜技术对沙田柚柱头表面结构及其花粉萌发后花粉管进入柱头细胞途径的观察,结果如下:1)沙田柚的柱头乳突细胞为棒状,柱头表面正中有一大型开口的柱头沟结构,当柱头发育成熟后分泌出大量的粘液,故属湿型柱头.2)不论自交或异交,沙田柚的花粉落到花柱头上都能萌发,通过柱头乳突细胞间隙进入柱头,且沿着柱头区薄壁细胞间隙进入花柱,其自交不亲和性反应发生在花粉管通过花柱时,故沙田柚自交不亲和属配子体不亲和类型.3)无论是自交或异交,授粉后的柱头细胞经钌红染色显示.糖蛋白均明显地定位于乳突细胞的细胞壁表面上,在细胞壁外部形成一个糖蛋白层,有些呈颗粒状.4)在此试图讨论了配子体不亲和与孢子体不亲和花粉在柱头上的行为区别,以及沙田柚的柱头和花柱界面的分界. With the technology of light microscope and scanning and transmission electron microscope,the paper study the surface structure of shatinya stigma and ways of pollen tube enter the stigma.Results show as follow:1) There are many papillar cells like sticks on stigma and there is a big stigma cannal on the center of the stigma which produce much secretion when flowering. so the shatinyu stigma is of the wet type. 2) Both sel-fmand cross-pollinated pollens can bud after pollination on the stigma. The pollen tube grows along the intercellular space of the papillar cells and into the intercellular space of stigmic cells and then reach the style tissue where occurs the selfuincompatibility reaction.So the shatinyu pollens are gametophytic self-incompatibility.3)No matter it is self-or cross-pollinated,glycoproteins are found at the outside surface of cell wall of the stigma after staining with ruthenium red,some of the glycoproteins show the state of pellets.4)In this paper,the paper discuss the difference of pollen behavior on stigma between gametophytic incompatibility and sporophytic incompatibility and the border between stigma and style tissue.
