摘要
沙田柚小孢子母细胞减数分裂属同时型，小孢子在四分体中的排列属四面体型。成熟花粉粒属２－细胞型。沙田柚每个子房有１０～１２个心室，每室具多个胚珠，胚珠发育属厚珠心型，具两层珠被。成熟胚囊由卵器（２个助细胞和１个卵细胞）、中央细胞和３个反足细胞组成。沙田柚雌雄配子体发育进程有明显差异，小孢子与雄配子体发生较早，持续时间较长；大孢子和雌配子体发生较迟，但发育较快。二者在开花前均完成发育。
The microsporegenesis belong to the simultaneoustype.The arrangement of mi-crospores in a tetrad is tetrahedra. The meture pollen grain is a two-ceelled strueture.Each ovary in sartian pumelo has 10～12 locules with many ovules in each loeule. The ovule is anatropous with two layers of integluments,A mature embryo sac is composedof egg apparatuses(two synergid and one egg cell)central cell and three antipodal cdlls.There is an obvious difference in the developing process of female and male gameto-phyte.Micrespores and mals gametophytes appear earlier and last longer.However,fe-male and male gametophyte finish their development before blooming.
