本文叙述了一种新型激光能量计,它利用光压转换为初始感生电动势来测量激光束能量。它特别适用于极短脉冲激光束的能量测量,反应迅速、结构简单。
This paper describes a new type of laser energy meter which is used to measure the energy of a laser beam by converting the light pressure into the primary induced electromotive force. It is especially suitable for the measurement of the laser beam energy with ultra short pulses.This meter features fast response and simple structure.
