摘要
简要慨括了激光光压力的理论,着重介绍了应用光压力进行粒子捕获,尤其是进行生物活体分析的问题——激光光镊。
In this paper,we generalize the theory of laser light gradient force briefly and in-troduce the optical trap for dielectric particles,especially for living things.(Such as cells or bac-teria etc.)-Laser light traps.
