摘要
列举了多种实例,对光学薄膜宽带监测方法作了认真探讨。在非λ/4多层薄膜的制备中,有效的监测方法是获得制各成功的关键。根据宽带光学薄膜的特殊要求,选择合适的监测方法,满足膜层监测的实际需求,是评价实施方法的一个重要依据。
In this paper,the author presents a wideband monitoring method of optital thin filmsfrom several angles and provides some instances,The selection of effective monitoring method is the key to success of nonquarterwave multilayer filters coating. According to the unique features of widebandoptital thin films, the author believes that an importand standam to evaluate the monitoring method is to select a proper monitoring method to meet the actual demand of optical thin films.
