摘要
描述了用于激光等离子体软X射线光谱学研究的长波晶体谱仪。用具有大晶格常数的晶体(OHM,2d=6.35nm),极薄的滤片和对软X射线灵敏的底片,获得了波长达5.8nm的激光等离子体软X射线光谱。同时还给出了实验测定的谱仪光谱分辨率。
In this paper, the crystal spectrograph used to investigate long wavelength softX-ray spectroscopy of laser-produced plasmas was described. The laser plasmam soft X-ray spectra with wavelength up to 5. 8 nm have been taken by using OHM crystal (2d= 6. 35 nm), combining with very thin carbon filter (310 nm in thickness) and soft X-raysensitive film (SIOFM-5FW). The measured spectral resolution of the spectrograph wasalso given.
