摘要
研究了一种在医用金属表面涂覆以羟基磷灰石为主要成份的生物活性材料的新技术:溶胶一凝胶烧结涂层法工艺。制备出了新型生物活性材料涂层人工齿根。利用X光衍射、扫描电镜、能谱分析等手段研究了涂层的物相组成,并测量了涂层的厚度及气孔率。
This paper itroduces not only the properties and applicalions of bioinert eeramics,bioactive ceramics and biodegradable ceramics,but also the methods of preparing bioceramic thin films.The basic researches about the technology of making hydroxyapatite ceramic thin films by the sol gel process have been done. In this course,the problems of mixture ratio、sol PH、preheating process、sintering temperature,constant temperature time,and so on,have been solved.In the meantime,the Ti HAP composite with practical coating layerthickness and porosity is obtained.Artificial dental roots prepared with the hydroxyapatitecoating layer are used in clinical test.
