摘要
应用吗啡啉加亚硝酸钠诱发小鼠肺瘤和肝瘤,并以此作为实验模型,寻找防瘤药物,经多次实验,发现绿豆对小鼠的致瘤有一定的预防效果.此外,进食绿豆不会影响小鼠的体重变化和生存期.
Induction of lung and liver tumors in mice by feeding morpholine plus sodium nitrite was used as model system.Intake of mungbean resulted in significant reduction of both the number and size of tumors in experimental groups when compared to control groups. These results indicated that mungbean has preventive effect on tumorogenesis in mice. The administration of mungbean did not appear to influence the gain body weight and the life span of test animals, there was no evidence of toxic or deleterious effects of mungbean in the present study.
