摘要
结扎一侧大脑中动脉的3天后,大白鼠两侧大脑皮质内5-羟色胺的含量著显减少,5-羟吲哚乙酸的含量显著增高。结果提示脑梗塞后大脑皮质内5-羟色胺的含量减少主要是由于释放增加所致,但也可能与合成减少有关。
Changes in cerebral cortical levels of 5 -hydroxytryptamine ( 5-HT) and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid ( 5-HIAA) of rats subjected to occlusion of unilateral middle cerebral artery were observed in this study. Three days after unilateral local cerbral infarct, the 5-HT level decreased and 5-HIAA level increased significantly in bilateral cerebral cortexes. The results suggest that fall in cortical level of 5-HT is mainly due to increased release of 5-HT and may be also related to reduced synthesis of 5-HT in brain.
