摘要
在45t高功率偏心炉底出钢电炉-60tLF生产线上进行了冶炼工艺研究,钢种包括弹簧钢D60Si2MnA,合金结构钢40MnBH、45MnBH、40CrH、40Cr及碳素结构钢。对初炼炉熔氧过程升温、各种合金元素变化、出钢过程降温、钢包初合金化及LF精炼微合金化、冶炼时间及LF精炼时间变化、杂质元素磷、硫的变化等进行了深入研究。该工艺路线冶炼的钢种化学成分稳定,高倍、低倍、力学性能、淬透性、晶粒度等项检验结果均完全满足技术条件要求,合格率100%。
The smelting processes of the constructional alloy steels,involving the spring steel D6OSi2MnA,the constructional alloy steels 40MnBH,45MnBH,40CrH,4OCr and the carbon steel,are approached in 45 t(HP+EBT)EAF-60 t LF resmelting furnace,The smelting and oxidizing processes,the alloy element content variations in primary smelting furnace,the temperature lowering during tapping,the alloyings in ladle and in LF,the time changes of smelting and LF resmelting and the behaviours of impurity elements S and P are deeply researched.As a result,the constructional alloy steels can be produced by the studied processes with steady element composition and technologically satisfied macro-and microstructures,mechanical property,hardenability and grain size,etc.. The 100% products have been up to the standard.
