摘要
本文主要介绍了水钢100吨转炉冶炼合金焊丝铜时对炉衬带来的危害,并对冶炼合金焊丝钢时炉渣的TFe和MgO含量,终点控制波动大等难点进行分析,通过优化装入制度、优化冶炼过程造渣工艺等措施来降低渣中TFe含量,提高MgO含量,使终点控制命中率提高从而达到减轻炉渣对炉衬侵蚀的目的。
Harmful influence of ahoy welding wire steel making with 100t converter on furnace lining is mainly introduced. Difficult points such as quantity control of TFe and MgO in slag, large fluctuation of end point control and etc. during ahoy welding steel making process are analyzed. By measures such as modification of ratio of furnace charge, optimization of slagging process and etc., TFe in slag decreases, MgO in slag increases and hit rate of end point target raises so as to alleviate slag corroding furnace lining.
