摘要
采用钨钼混合氧化物直接合金化,可同时采用两种氧化物取代钨铁和钼铁在冶炼合金刚过程中直接合金化,它节省两种铁合金生产工序,减少合金生产过程中元素损失及环境污染,更是节约能源、降低炼钢成本、增加效益的重要途径.科技实践表明:根据物料平衡需要,钨与钼可以不同比例混合,当钨钼氧化物(W+M_0)元素加入量达4%时与采用铁合金相比冶炼钨钼高速刚,在不增加冶炼时间和用电单耗前投下,钨钼综合回收率达97.66/,各项技术、质量、经济指标达到和超过同类铁合金水平,经济效益和社会效益显著.
The method of direct alloying for W-Mo mixed oxide can reduce loss of elements in the course of alloypreduction and environmental Pollution. It is an important way for reducing the sourses of energy,production costsand increasing benefit. Practice proved that W-Mo can ha mixed in different proportion on the basis of demand forbalance. When the contents of W-Mo oxide are 4% without increasing time for smelting and elechic consumption,total recovery efficiency of W-Mo is 97. 66%, each technology, quality and economy index reachs and aurpasseslevels of similar iron alloys,economic and social benefits are remarkable.
