摘要
能谱分析表明DT-40合金中部分硬质相粒子与钢基体之间发生了钨、铁等原子的相互交换与转移,形成了微米数量级的原子扩散区域,这种WC粒子与基体问的交互作用是此类材料的最大治金特色,并对合金的转变特征、显微组织、回火抗力及性能等产生了多种影响,使此类合金无论在治金与显微组织结构方面还是力学性质等方面成为既不同于普通钢铁材料又不同于硬质合金的一类新型工程材料。
Energy spectrum analysis shows that the mass inter-transfer of Fe and W ele-ments between part of hard phase particle and steel matrix occurs , forming a range of atomdiffusion with a distance of some μms. This interaction between WC particles and matrix isthe greatest feature in the present material , which Causes Various effects on the transform-ing characteristics, microstructures , tempering resistance and its properties of the material.Therefore, the alloy becomes a new engineering material different from plain steel and hardmetal microstructurally and characteristically.
