摘要
介绍了三种含Mn或含Mn-Ni高热稳定性热模具钢的室温和高温机械性能,探讨了热处理工艺和增加Cr和Mn含量对性能的影响。结果表明,含Mn或含Mn-Ni热模具钢具有高的回火抗力,其回火硬度急剧下降的最高回火温度为600℃。在这类钢中进一步增加Cr和Mn的含量将降低回火抗力和高温强韧性,添加Ni可以提高回火抗力和高温强度。
The mechanical properties of three hot-work die steels containing manganese and nickel with high heat stability were measured at room and elevaled temperature. The effects of the heat treatment process and the addition amount of chromium and manganese on the properties were also investigated. The results show that this kind of hot-work die steel has a higher resistance to tempering, and the maximum tempering temperature, at which the hardness begins to decrease drastiely, is 600℃. The resistance to tempering and strength-toughness at elevated temperature would be decreased by futher increasing the amounts of chromium and manganese addition. As contrasted with this case, the resistance to tempenng and strength at elevated temperature would be improved by nickel addition in the steels tested.
