摘要
利用嗅觉仪测定智利小植绥螨(PhytoseiuluspersimilisAthiasHenriot)和拟长毛钝绥螨(AmblyseiuspseudolongispinosusXin,LiangetKe)对其猎物朱砂叶螨(TetranychuscinnabarinusBoisduval)所释放的利他素的定向行为并作了比较研究。阐明了与这二种植绥螨的定位反应有关的刺激源是除雄螨以外不同发育阶段的叶螨及其分泌物和排泄物,而与叶螨的奇主植物无关。不同植绥螨对同一种叶螨不同发育阶段产生的利他素源反应有着一定的种间特异性。
Using a olfactometer, the locating responses of two predatory mites, Phytoseiulus persimilis Athias-Henriot and Amblyseius persidolongispinosus Xin. Liang et Ke to kairomone of their prey, the red spider mite, Tetranychus cinnabarinus (Boisduval),had been studied. These responses were directed only to the kairomone of the spider mite, its secretion and excreta (with the exception of the males). However, no responses occurred towards the host plant of the prey. The differences in response found in the two predators to prey kairomone may result from their different prey specificity and prefereces.
