摘要
在 15℃~ 35℃恒温条件下 ,玉米截形叶螨 Tetranychus truncatus的发育历期与温度呈负相关 ;雌、雄螨 1代发育起点温度分别为 12 .6 0和 12 .6 5℃ ,有效积温各为 137.78和 12 1.5 2日度 ;2 5℃~ 35℃时卵孵化率和幼若螨存活率都较高 ,并且发育速率较快 ,该范围是截形叶螨生长发育的最适温度。
By keeping the spider mites in the constant temperature within 15℃~35℃,the duration of development had the negative relation to temperature.The development zero temperatures of female and male mite were 12.60 and 12.65℃ respectively,the effective accumulated temperatures were 137.78 and 121.52 day degree.Under 25℃~35℃,both the hatch rate of eggs and the survival rate of young mites were higher;the development rate was faster than that under 15℃~20℃ also.The optimal temperature for their development was considered to be within 25℃~35℃.
