朱砂叶螨利它素对拟长毛钝绥螨定位反应的影响 被引量:6

摘要 以朱砂叶螨Tetranychus cinntabarinus (Boisduval)的自然群体,通过嗅觉仪对拟毛钝绥螨Amblyseius pseudolongispinosus Xin, Liang et Ke的搜索定位能力进行测试,发现拟长毛钝绥螨的雌成螨对叶螨的自然群体和雌成螨有最强的定位反应,对从自然群体中分离出来的卵、若螨、丝网和排泄物有明显的反应,而对幼螨、雄螨及去螨叶片则无反应。同时表明叶螨的雌成螨是利它素的主要来源。利它素主要存在于除幼螨以外的自然群体中。 This paper describes the detection of location capability of Amblyseius pseudolongispinosus under the test of olfactometers. It was observed that the females of A. pseudolongispinosus were strongly attracted to females in prey colonies. These prodatores also response significantly to egges,nymphs,webbing and faeces,but were not attracted to larvas,males and infested leaves removed colonies. This study shown that females of spider mites are a major source of the kairomone is in the colony of the prey and is not on the inected leaf surface.
