摘要
本文介绍用变阻模式肖特基二极管制作的宽频带倍频器和由Ｋａ波段ＧａＡｓＭＭＩＣ放大器芯片组成的倍频一放大器混合集成组件，输出功率可达２０ｄＢｍ。
Abstract：A compact Ka band integrated circuit multiplier-amplifier module has been developed．This paper describes design and performance of the module，This module consists of a multiplier using Schottky mixer diodes and an amplifier using GaAs MMIC FET chip. The multiplier can be used as not only a doubler but also a quadrupler．More than 100mW of output power has been achieved.
