摘要
本文简要介绍真空微电子学几个发展领域──场发射材料、平板显示、传感器以及微波和毫米波放大器的现状。
The present situation of the several developing areas in vacuum microelectronics,including the field emissive materials,the nat panel displays,the sensors as well as the microwave and millimeterwave amplifiers,is summerized.
