本文介绍利用肖特基势垒二级管的非线性变阻特性实现下混频、谐波混频、上变频和倍频等毫米波集成电路的理论分析、设计及实验结果。
Abstract：This paper presents theoritical analysis，circuit design and experimental resultsof mm－wave integrated components using Schottky diodes in varistor mode, such as balancedmixers，harmonic mixers，upconverters and multipliers.
