氮-氟里昂低温混合工质节流制冷循环特性的分析 被引量:1

摘要 论述高技术用节流循环对工质的要求,指出纯质及氮-烃类混合物的不足,提出一类新型的不可燃低温混合工质-氮-氟里昂混合工质,并对其节流循环的特性以及不同配比的影响进行了分析。最后,与氮-烃类混合工质作了比较,证明氮-氟里昂低温混合工质是一类可以替代氮-烃类混合工质的安全工质。 In this paperg according to the requirement of high technique, the disadvantage of using pure substance and mixtures with nitrogen and alkanes as working fluids has been suggested. A new kind of nonflammable mixture has also been suggested to be used as working fluids. And the P-R equation is used to calculate the characteristics of J-T cryocooler cycle and the influence of the mole fraction of components. Finally, an available mixture is suggested, and its theoretic refrigerating capacity is compared with that of mixtllre with nitrogen and alkanes. It is proved that the mixture with nitrogen and fleon is a. kind of safe working fluid which can replace of the mixture with nitrogen and alkanes.
