摘要
本文采用放射免疫分析法，测定了２０名正常人及２６例充血性心衰患者内皮素（ＥＴ）血浓度。结果表明，心衰患者ＥＴ血浓度升高，与正常值相比有显著性差异。心功能越差，ＥＴ升高越明显；治疗后随着心功能分级改善，ＥＴ血浓度亦下降。提示ＥＴ血浓度可作为判定心衰患者心功能损害程度和疗效的新指标。
Endothelin(EL) is the most potent vasoconstrictor yet identified. Plasma ET-levels were investigated in 26 Patients with CHF (NYHAⅡ 6 cases and NYHAⅢ Ⅳ 20 cases). ET was measured by sensitive radioimmunoassay and cardiac function parameters were detected by two-dimensional pulsed Doppler echocardiogranhy. Plasma ET levels of both NYHA Ⅱ and Ⅲ Ⅳ patients were higher compared with normals(41.51±3.81pg/ml,56.32±10. 89pg/mt vs 31.06±10.20pg/ml, P<0.05, P<0.01, respectively). The worse the Cardiac functions were, the higher the plasma ET levels were. After 30 days treatment, with the improvement of cardiac function, the high levels of ET were decreased. The results indicated that plasma ET levels may be a new marker for functional severity and therapeutic efficiency of congestive heart failure.
