摘要
目的 研究慢性心衰患者血浆中肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF -α)与白细胞介素 - 6 (IL - 6 )浓度的变化。方法 选择 47例慢性心衰患者 (心衰组 )及 10例无心脏病的健康志愿者 (对照组 )抽血 6ml,行ELISA法检测。结果 心衰组中TNF -α、IL - 6水平比正常组显著升高 ,与心功能级别正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 慢性心衰患者血浆中TNF -α与IL - 6水平显著升高 ,可能在慢性心衰的发生发展过程中起主要作用。
Objective To investigate the levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in chronic heart failure.Methods Blood samples were taken from 47 chronic heart failure patients and 10 healthy volunteer.Result The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in chronic heart failure were higher than that in the controls;The levels also positively related to the class of heart failure ( P <0.05).Conclusion In heart failure patients,TNF-α and IL-6 increased greatly and they may play an important role in the progress of heart failure.
