摘要
研制出一种用于测定人体白细胞内过氧化物酶(POD)活性的生物细胞传感器。该传感器由白细胞阻留膜和氧电极组成,具有灵敏度高、响应快、操作简便等优点。实验分析过程采用流动分析方法。用该方法测定40例正常人血液POD活性,结果为(1.97±0.009)×104Pa/(ml·min)。
A Cell sensor, Which on be used to determine peroxidase of human leucocyte is presented. The sensor is consistal of a Cell-remained membrane and an oxygenelectrode, It has properties such as high sensitivity, rapid respones and convenient . In the experiment, we use flowing analysis methods. Peroxidase activity of the leucocyte from fortyhealth blood donors is(1.97±0.09)×104Pa/(ml·min).
