摘要
将人体白细胞抽滤成膜，与氧电极结合，制成细胞传感器，测定白细胞内过氧化物酶活性，该方法具有较高的特异性，简便，快速。４０例正常人白细胞ＰＯＤ活性为（１．９７±０．００９）×１０＾４Ｐａ／ｍＬ．ｍｉｎ。
A biosensor based on leucocyte which is concentrated on a cellulose acetate membrane and coupled to an oxygen electrode is described. Using this sensor, we can determine peroxidase. The main advantages of the method are its specificity, simplicity and high speed. Peroxidase activity of the leucocyte from forty healthy blood donors are (1. 97 ± 0. 09)×104Pa/mL. min.
