摘要
综述了利用细胞、细胞器作敏感元件在生物传感器研究中的应用，并对细胞器的分离及固定方法作了简要介绍。
Some new types of biosensor’s researches by using cell and organelle as a sensitive sensor are reviewed.The seperation and immobilization of organelle are also described.
