摘要
深入探讨了应变式传感器的非线性误差,并导入了传感器本身所存在的非线性误差计算公式,利用仿真技术,对贴片区进行应力计算和分析,提出了传感器非线性误差主要来源于贴片区应变梯度这一观点,并导出相应非线性误差计算公式。
The non-linearity error of strain type transducer is investigated in detail and the calculation formulas for non-linearity error caused by transducer itself are derived. By using simulation technology, the strese at binding area is calculated and analyzed. A viewpoint is presented that main source of non-linearity error of transducer is the strain gradient at binding area and associated calculation formulas of non-linearity error is derived.
