摘要
在总结全国各地和湖北省现有雨涝灾害指标的基础上，考虑粮、棉、油等农业生产需要，新建了一个有别于前人的有较强农业意义的雨涝灾害指标，并用此指标讨论了湖北省雨涝灾害的时空分布特征，比较符合实际情况。
Based on the agroflood-waterlogging indices that have been used in different areas inChina and Hubei,a distinctive agroflood-waterlogging index,which takes the demands ofagriculture production into consideration and has stronger agriculture significance,isestablished.In terms of the index the characteristics of the temporal and spatial distributionof flood-waterlogging are discussed.The results are found to be consistent with the actualconditions in Hubei.
