摘要
在茶树细胞固体培养研究的基础上,系统分析了培养基大量元素、微量元素和有机物质等对茶树悬浮培养细胞儿茶素产生的影响。根据试验结果,设计了儿茶素生产培养基,使茶悬浮细胞儿茶素总量提高至于重的30%左右。改良培养基上茶树悬浮培养细胞的儿茶素形成高峰期在20一25d间。
Effects of macroelements,microelements and organic components of the culture medium on the catechinaccumulation in tea suspension cultured cells were investigated. The total catechin content in the suspensioncells reached as high as about 30% in the modified medium. The peak output of the catechin productionappeared between 20 and 25 days.
