2,4-二硝基苯肼法测定苦杏仁甙及其药物代谢动力学的研究 被引量:2

Assay of Amygdalin Using 2,4-Dinitrophenylhydrazine and Pharmacokinetics of Amygdalin

摘要 本文用2,4-二硝基苯肼法测定了苦杏仁甙,其测定范围为10^(-3)~10^(-2)g/L数量级.给家兔快速静脉注射苦杏仁甙500 mg/kg后,用2,4-二硝基苯肼法分别测定了血药物浓度和尿药物浓度,绘制出浓度-时间曲线,结果得出生物半衰期α/2(分布相)=3.4min;β1/2(消除相)=4.95min;在48h内家兔尿中排泄量为注入剂量的71.4%。 An amygdalin assay method using 2, 4-dinitrophenylhydrazine was esta- blished. The assay range of amygdalin concentration is 10^(-3)~10^(-2)g/L.Plas- ma amygdalin concentration and urine amygdalin concentration were esti- mated by this assay method after iv injection of 500mg/kg amygdalin into 4 rabbits. The plasma amygdalin decreased in 2 phases with half-lives of 3. 4 and 49. 5 min for the distributive and elirninative phases, respectively. The excretion of the original form of amygdalin in urine within 48 h amounted to 71. 4%.
